These are true V380 pro cameras. Some say they are V380 but are using a different software app. Good price Good device.

Patrick you always, always need to use a solar controller. only about $25

WARNING: the instructions indicate that the panels can put out 12v DC to your battery bank or power convertor. This is a TOTAL LIE. the coaxial connector puts out the 19-22 volts DC that comes directly from the panels. So if you connect a device that is a battery charger which has a limit of 13.5 volts DC (typical of most battery chargers) you will burn out the device.......this is what happened

Patrick Whatis the pole diameter that is needed to connect to this? Does a hole have to be drilled for the cable to exit the pole?

Item received earlier than expected, i expected it after two weeks but in five days i had it. Not installed it though looks great and in good condition. will post here after i install it and start using.

Patrick Whatis the size of the pole diameter that is needed?

All was ok but the polystyrene packaging was smashed up in the box and the blades were loose at the top of the box, looked like an item that had been returned as the plastic protective packaging was off the motor unit, but the package was complete, so I hope it works well. I do feel the size of the pole bracket should be made clear.

The only manual was in Chinese. I can't figure this out without an English manual.

Patrick After on a few uses, the charger burnt out and made a bad smell. I have to hope they will send a replacement charger.

Works very well. One of the batteries was dead, but a replacement is being sent.

Patrick Iran mine in the snow and burned out the circuit board. It stunk something awful. It shorted out after I thought I had removed all the snow and water but brought it in the house and about 30 minutes later...smoke.
