When I received my quadcopter with remote the remote is/was defective. I have other r/c helicopters and quadcopters and they all have a remote which have a spring on the throttle control lever to return the power back to zero when you release the throttle control. The throttle control on the remote that I received with my quadcopter does not have a functioning return spring on the throttle control. Therefore it does not work correctly by returning the power to zero and it also has intermittent power to the rotor blades which makes if difficult if not impossible to successfully fly. I have sent you pictures of the throttle control and a number of complaints and you still have not refunded the purchase price to me. If you require the defective unit returned please send me a shipping package and a pre-paid postage label and I can return it to you. Whichever you want I need my money returned since the quadcopter with remote does not work correctly. I have filed a claim with Paypal to get my money returned but I would rather that you return it to me so I don't have to post the bad feedback comments for all my friends to see on Facebook. Please refund me my $14.82 purchase price to me. Thank you, Tim Leiter, Mt. Pleasant, MI. USA.

j2ssystems Indeed the software on the CD does not work, but you can use any software for webcam with this device.

Faye It comes with US plug. It can't work with PC, you can connect to any AV interface monitor.

MichiganMike I am in the US and did not receive an adapter. I can't use the charger because of this.
