lausser I have an Android mobile, but it is not connected to google. So i can not install the UBOX app from the Google Play Store. My alternative App Store does not know UBOX. Is there a download link where i can directly get the app an apk file from the vendor?

lausser Out of the box, no. But if you are technically a bit skilled and like to look inside of technical stuff, then you can overwrite the Blitzwolf firmware. Look for "tuya-convert". If everything works fine, you can upload the Tasmota firmware without even opening the socket. (If this fails, you still can flash Tasmota by soldering 5 wires to the circuit board) When the socket runs the Tasmota firmware, it will connect to your home Wifi, but not phone home. Instead with the app "Tasmota Control" your phone will directly communicate (set on or off, read power consumption) with the socket and not any 3rd party is involved.

Q: Is possible install a Tasmota Firmware?

lausser Yes, it is. I don't know if it's possible withTuyaconvert, i used tasmotizer and soldering. But, to be honest, you end up with a piece of crap. After you insert the batteries, the tasmota Wifi stays up for only 30s. Although i managed to enter my access point's credentials and the smoke detector successfully connects to my own Wifi, it still goes to sleep after 30 seconds. I guess that's fine regarding energy consumption and a smoke detector hasn't to be connected all the time. But i have no idea how to find out the gpio settings.
