I received the camera, but it is not working. The red light that was supposed to flick in order to connect it with the app and my WiFi doesn't work.

Very disappointed because of 4 things: 1) No Microsoft Office installed as described 2) No backlight keyboard as described 3) No IPS screen 4) Can not deactivate touch-pad (I want to deactivate touch-pad because it too huge that cannot type on the keyboard without accidentally pressing it) Customer service didn't help me. They asked me to send photos/videos and a photo of the paper on the parcel I received for proof before helping me!!
