bthanse You have to check the cable between the charger and the battery. Maybe bad connection in the battery plug.
Bertrand they don't sell the spare parts for the frame kit.

bthanse On my e013 I had to cut of the plastic at the battery holder end, becorse this battery is longer, so it go over the plug if you not cut of the end on the battery holder.
