arie71s I was also having problems to connect the camera but finally its working. You need to select the China Mainland server and then you will find the picture of the camera on the page to "Select model". Also put a micro SD memory card inside the card slot or plugin a USB memory stick on the back of the camera. The go to the setup process an hold down the "setup" button at the bottom of the camera for 3 or more seconds and follow the instructions.
