Q: How to Factory Reset this item? Any tutorial please? Thanks in advance!

TheodorCodrianu I guess the headphones are out of sync with each other, so you're looking for a way to factory-reset them. At least this was what happened to me. So after searching the net up an down (even on the dark side :P ), after learning Chinese to read instruction manuals (just joking i used translate) here is what I did. and it worked.... first put the headphones in their case and close the lid turn off bluetooth on the associated device(s) so they won't connect upon startup. take out both headphones and put them on your ears (so you can hear what is happening) now put one finger on each headphone until you hear "power off" wait 2-3" then put again the fingers on them, you will hear "power on" DON'T take the fingers yet keep them for another about 5" you will hear a short "beep" and they will pair each other. After that you can turn on bluetooth on associated device and ... voila
