NickCole Thiswas the second one I've bought. The first arrived damaged. It had come loose inside the box and rattled around it transit, snapping the front body mounting post. Unfortunately, I was too slow to complain and Banggood told me it was outside the warranty period. The new one arrived in less grand but more supportive packaging, so I guess they'd had many complaints.
