I love Banggood. That being said, and this is not Banggood's fault, but FedEx Ground Shipping is AWFUL. I ordered this phone in January and it was shipped out by Banggood right away. It took a couple of days for it to leave China, but then it arrived in the USA via LAX and was sent to Carson CA, which is the FedEx Ground hub. This is where the problem began. They took several days to "sort" it. Then it left Carson. I live in Northern CA, so I thought, "ok, it will be here by the weekend". WRONG! It took several days for the tracking to be updated, and when it was, the package had travelled all the way across the USA to Pennsylvania! Clearly, so fool did not sort it correctly in Carson CA! So then, I watched the tracking and the package went to WV, OH, IL, MO, NM, AZ and finally into CA, where it went to Sacramento. I knew then, that they would send it to Hayward CA which is the most local Ground station. Usually that is where packages die for several days, before they are FINALLY shipped out, but this time, they did send the package out fairly quickly. NOW, the problem here again, is that it took the truck with the package, THREE DAYS from when it left Sacramento, for it to get down to Hayward CA, which is just a two hour drive or so! So again, none of this is Banggood's fault, as they shipped it out right away. But even though they say they ship it via US Priority Mail", once it gets to the USA, I guess because of agreements with USPS, a lot of the time the package will be delivered via FedEx Ground, rather than the USPS. I never thought I would see the day when the USPS is faster than FedEx!

I received the phone on October 4 2019. I was out of town on a trip, so I couldn't deal with the phone until I got back. When I did get back, I charged the phone and then proceeded to familiarize myself with it, as it was much more modern than my previous Samsung Galaxy S4! Then, before I switched over to this new phone with my carrier, Tracfone, I wanted to have all my data from my old phone transferred to this phone. That took a while, because of changes with the new phone, such as having to tell the USB port on the phone that it was to be used for data transfer. I didn't have to do that on my old phone, as it was automatic. Then, because of the phones being of different brands, it took a while for me to get a program that would transfer from and to both phones. Again, just simply trial and error on my part, but I wanted to do it myself, as a learning experience! Anyway, on the morning of November 2 2019, I was finally at the point where I felt comfortable enough to do the switchover from my old phone to this new phone, with Tracfone, my carrier. I wanted to also keep my old phone number, which was part of the process. It couldn't have gone any smoother! I was actually completed done in less than two minutes, and my new Ulefone Armor 6E was working perfectly! I could call out, receive calls, send and receive text messages, and all my photos were there from my old phone! So far, I am totally impressed with this phone, and my long work of searching for a new phone, and trying to see what the differences were between phones, finally paid off with my purchase of this phone. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND this phone!
