Q: Could you please provide a real specification? The incident power from the sun on this panel at the equator would be about 125W and with less than 25% efficiency, the output will be less than 30W. If you want people to buy, please stop telling lies.

bobheadrick Yes, the spec's are highly questionable. The 250W is meaningless, perhaps refers to the maximum output of the 60 or 100 Amp controller (also highly suspect). The spec's mention short circuit current of 2A for the panel, and perhaps 6V OC voltage. At best this may be a 5-10W panel.

These are what they say! The length is about right. One thing I have found is that the contacts don't like being repeatedly connected and disconnected. They get loose after a while.

This seems to be a good idea for a product but there were definite quality issues. One of the SMA connectors was deformed and had to be bent straight to avoid damaging connectors by forcing them on. None of the ground connections of the SMA connectors was soldered - only the signal pins. This means that the ground connections were made just by the ground tabs being held against the PCB. The 10dB attenuator is a PI network but the top resistor is made up of two different valued resistors to keep them in the E12 series. This is not a good idea as the added inductance degrades high frequency performance. The 20dB attenuator is two 10dB PI networks cascaded with the two parallel resistors in the middle combined into one so that the total network is M shaped. Again the resistors in the two sections are slightly different to allow E12 values but in this case the high frequency impact shouldn't be as severe. The 30dB attenuator is a similar to the 20dB one in having the five resistors in an M shape but it isn't made up of two PI networks. It just seems to be a combination of resistors that gives approximately correct input and output impedance and attenuation. The first section has a much lower attenuation than the second. So, overall the design is acceptable for many uses but the production quality is poor.

These are not 150mm or 15cm as stated in the description. The ones I got were quite a bit shorter (about 12cm) and this makes them somewhat difficult to use for my application. This is too big a difference to be a manufacturing deviation.

These seem to work well, certainly up to 1GHz. I haven't been able to measure their properties beyond that.

It works fine but the wires are very short and quite fine - so not so easy to work with. As others have said, it doesn't give the full 10W but it should do for what I want.

So far, this does what it is supposed to do. There are buttons for switching each channel on and off individually and buttons for turning all channels on and off together. There are some niggles. A minor point is that the relay clicks are a bit loud when it switches. A more important point has already been mentioned, that if you turn the power on and off again, the initial state cycles through 1 channel on, two channels on, three channels on, all four channels on. It would be better if it came up with no channels on or the last on state.
