Waiting for the correct part to be sent out. Or a full refund because I'm paying for this with Clearpay. The lead that was sent does not fit into the plug provided! It is slanted so it does not fit in the plug. I spoke to customer service on live chat and they've made a note on my order section and it still has not been updated. He said it wiuld be updated in 24 hours. Only fits on the back of kettle. Bought this for uni and it takes time to come

Q: Hello my item had been delivered today. However when I attach the back bit of the plug into the flask. The actual end bit does not fit into the plug....help please also what is the brush for that came with it
