Chip2020 I've written Banggood 2 emails concerning this problem, but have not gotten a reply. The silk screened printing on the back of the board is printed upside down. This causes the DIN and the DOUT to be reversed. You must connect the input to the DOUT pins to get it working properly. The front of the board is also mislabeled as WS2812B which it is NOT.
