GÖKTÜRK1 I have jjrcx19 and it's been a week, I got it, it's making the same mistake, it doesn't respond to the remote, they asked for a video, I sent it, but they don't believe me, they say it's user error and they don't find a solution, they always write excuses, banggod is getting worse.

GÖKTÜRK1 I bought jjrcx19 for a week and it doesn't react much to the remote, I sent a message to the customer service, they asked for a video, they said it will take a video, it got out of control, I recorded the video, I sent it, they say user error and they make up a lot of excuses, I think they are sending broken drones to turkey because it is far away.
