Richard Schubach About 1.5CM smaller than the overall dimensions listed, which is what's used up by the white border.

Richard Schubach Not that I can see. Obviously the lenses were attached during manufacture but they don't appear to be easily removed. There is a lot of metal in the frame making them heavy compared to plastic glasses, very solid feeling that should last a long time. Well worth the purchase.

Richard Schubach If in your use a shorted output is possible, just ad an appropriate size fuse in the output circuit, otherwise shorting output will destroy the power supply.
