BG047131714 The instructions that came with the unit indicate 50 - 60 Hz. My installation is 60 Hz and it works fine.

BG047131714 The US plug unit (120 volt) has a 3000 watt heating element. My guess is that the 220 volt unit has a 3800 watt element.
