I tried non original blades for these razors before and they were aweful - blunter than my used blades. These are much better, but still not as good as the originals. I'd say as sharp as a part-used original. If I'm not careful, it feels like I rubbed my skin with sandpaper :) But at the price, the supplier deserves encouragement to continue trying to improve - the price for the originals is simply beyond belief and they never lasted close to the 2 years claimed. These are at least affordable and sort of work.
