The SMD parts are already soldered on the board, all other components must be soldered by yourself. So a good experiance and a small soldering iron is needed to solder the small parts. There is an excellent installation instruction in english with a lot of helpful pictures. A resistance meter is needed, because the color codes on the resistors re very very tiny. I have finished the soldering and testing wthin approx. 2 - 2.5h and the scope was working inmmediatly. I use it to check PWM pulserates on a raspberry for controlling servos and PWM-motor drivers.
