I have bought quite a few corn bulbs over the past 2 years. They give a very bright light and the colors whether warm white or pure white are good. However used in Australia they have a limited life span. They rarely last more than 6 months before flickering/failing and the stronger 20 watt ones rarely last more than 3 months. In addition recent ones of this brand have a tendency for the plastic cover and light part to separate from the base after a few weeks and end up hanging out of the base by the wires with the lamp still working. They are only a push fit in the base and the heat seems to cause them to com loose. Glueing them back in extends their life.
