This product is not easy to solder. 225 LEDs, each 3 times (including soldering the cathode pad). Good advice is to check the each LED column separately using 2,5V voltage, before soldering MCU. Checking earlier soldering of each LED can exclude bad connection. Please check voltages: Pin at C1 is the ground. The same ground is the pin 14 of MCU. Pin 12 od MCU is +5V. Other pins on MCU should have a little lower voltage (about 4,8V). After a few times of checking my soldering this product works and was worth to buy.
