I have taken delivery of the item, but I have an issue with one of the motors.... It starts and runs, but one of the motors doesn't rotate for more than a few seconds and then stops.... if I reset the machine off and then on, it will start again and only run for a few seconds. I am concerned about what I should do... I was supplied with a screw driver, but don't think I should open up the item.... it is brand new and just arrived... I haven't had the chance to fly it yet..
