I bought XL. My foot is 28cm. They are tight, but that's good. Larger ones may fall. The length of the foot is not half the length of the dive fin. XL is 51cm long, the shoe size is 44-45. The foot is 27-28cm. Good performance. Done meticulously. They are pretty hard, but it will provide good speed.
