It's very good for the price, works well, decent mic. It can't get 5 stars because it lacks any form of software to manage 7.1 sound features, so you have to fiddle with third party software, obtaining inconsistent results. The fit is probably tight for XL size heads. Coming to the service, I made a pre-order at a discounted price but, after several postponements of the shipping, the China warehouse wasn't able to ship the item. I suggested to switch the order to a warehouse (Czechoslovakia) where the item was readily available, but they informed me that they weren't able to do it. Eventually, I had to cancel the original order, get a refund and then make a new order, paying an higher price, not to mention the further delay. Mishaps may happen, internal procedures may apply, but at the very least I would have expected that the same price was applied.
