I'm very satisfied with this item. Tripod is not a heavy-duty one but more than adequate for this LED light. Mount is Go Pro type and because of that cannot be up 90 degrees, I would say it goes 30 degrees. When turned on, my USB "doctor" showed power it is using ~8W . Another thing I noticed - power is not uniformly distributed. Lamp part is distinctly more warm at the bottom par than at the top, 45°C against 35°C. Not a big deal but light is also stronger from the bottom than from the top. I wish for a version with warmer light too.
