This is pretty much a drop-in replacement for another well-known brand with a couple of exceptions:
1. There are only mounting holes on the non-vented side, nothing on the bottom. This might be an issue if using this as a replacement.
2. The construction is of very lightweight materials, and my units were buckled slightly in transit. Not sufficient to justify a damage claim, and they work fine however.
