Excellent unit. Very pleased. Not to difficult to put together. It cuts well and if you are careful with the variable power trigger it can cut bigger branches too. It will jam if too much force is used ... which is not unreasonable at all for such a small unit. When I say 'jam' I mean it protects itself from overload. Release the trigger ..wait a few seconds .. and will start again. Batteries hold a good charge. Lastly, It feels much safer to hold on to the tree or the ladder with one arm and cut with the other.
