Product was received in good condition, not yet tested though but I've found the customer service to be exceptionally poor particularly one customer service staff member calling me an outright liar... How rude is that! When trying to argue I was wrong, he proceeded to show me screen shots of conversations which totally different and and irrelevant to subject I was referring to. He ended up cutting me off chat because he knew I was right all along but he obviously wanted to cover up his colleagues mistakes. Another staff member e-mailed me and told me to just remove one of my BGPay accounts by going to the BGPay account page and then deleting it. This of course isn't possible so when I asked for detailed instructions, she replied that it wasn't possible!!
