The product arrived in good condition. The time taken was 12 days after placing the order, which was within the expected date of delivery. The product was as per the description as shown on the website. However, the make and model number is missing on the product, which was IPRee™ Outdoor Travel Portable Monocular HD Clear Vision Optic BAK4 Telescope. Therefore, it is confusing whether it is a genuine product or a substitute product. It appears that The product a china product, from the package insert.
