I checked it with a scope. TX transmit at 5V and there is no jumper to select 3.3V output. Anyone know how to put it to use?

All three pieces are jamming communication. As I don't have an oscilloscope, I cannot tell why, but similar module built around FTDI chip works as expected. I'm using modules as USB interface for a max3232 (RS232 to TTL) converter. When I connect the module, then on the RS-232 side of communication goes out some messed up data.
