He has a Huge Trailer Coach with POP outs to make the living area and the Bedroom larger...the coach is on 12 vilts...He installed one of these LEDs and it started to smoke...he burned his fingers removing the bulb...I said for him to send them back to me...I immediatly installed them into my car as back up lights...they are NOT bright enough...but are still in there...I also installed one of the LED flat cards into my roof light inside my car...WOW...GREAT LIGHT...when i open the doors it is so nice and BRIGHT inside my car...wow...it comes with 3 adapter wires,...a spring loaded for the Dome light and 2 other ones for replacing a !($ bulb in a corner clearance light...ok...but the LEd flat card has 20 something leds on it...perfect DOME LIGHT INSIDE YOUR CAR...its worth the few dollars to get one for your car...Sparky...

They work fine, but the top cob is not so bright like the side ones. I've put them on my rear side blinkers, and now they are brighter and they have a newer car effect ;)
