Second attempt to built the kit .....it didn't work . I don't know if the fault is from the parts or the design . If someone knows what is going on with that kit let me know . If someone successfully built it please let me know how you did it . Thank you very much

justfm During assembly I found out that there is no second connector for potentiometer, then there was missing resistor (56k) and after mounting R2 (82 ohm) heating and the whole circuit seems to be short-circuit (output voltage is only 28V). The control only works on voltage. Most likely a bad component. Now I have to find out which.
