It makes a sound like if a string was crunched inside the plastic armature. It holds measurement and a lever can set needle to cero again for next try. Even if you try with both hands the needle does not go further than 100. Oh well...

As others have said it only goes up to 110,not 130.

It works fine up close to 110. It never reach 110 or go above. I can get slowly and continously close to 110, then needle remains while being able to push to the end without effect. Since I am not the only one with the problem, I guess that will be hard to get a fully functional item.
