Just received the chainsaw, arriving quite fast, the damn charger wouldn't fit the battery charging socket (too big) upon checking the charger specification it was a 21V charger when the battery was a 18V. no wonder it wouldn't fit, it would have kill the bloody battery. Now I can't even charge the battery, useless, Banggood please send me a correct charger please! How do I suppose to use the chainsaw when I can't charge the battery!!!. By the way the saw guard was broken too but that was the least of the worry!!!

JimhaAJ0123 did you managed to find and order the battery? some people not aware the package they choose, there are package to select with and without battery, I bought one with two batteries, but was given a wrong charger so can't charge and have to order another charger. well Banggood did rectify it and resent, but just take a bit more time before I can use it. then under heavy use and I busted it. just order another without battery, generally it is $10-$20 cheaper, depending on one or two batteries.

The saw arrived 2 weeks from order but I couldn't use it because no battery came with it. And when I tried to order the batteries separately, there was no such batteries available for sales. So now I am stuck with this saw without batteries. I hope someone can help me.
