Donald The output shaft has a 10 point gear mounted. You would either have to use a compatible main gear mounted to your prop or, you would have to be able to mount the prop directly on one half inch or 12.4mm shaft which is 2.3mm in diameter. That would require pulling the pinion gear off with a gear puller first. There are no screw threads to secure a nut to hold your prop on so either you would have to thread the shaft or use some other means to hold the prop on. If you can do all of that, yes, you could use it in an aircraft. But I think a BL motor designed for aircraft with a longer prop shaft would do better.
