Eric Problem is... most people need to messure.Poly panels are good for Florida or dessert, they will work great.If you live in Germany, Neterlands, Denmark, you need MONO panels.and because of cloudy weather most of the time, you need DOUBLE the amps for normal use.Example: you need 4 amps to charge someting> You need in Netherlands 8 real amp on a MONO panel, for a year round charching at 4 amps.

The max power i obtain is 11V for 290 mA, under sun. A little more than 3W. Where are the 10W???
