Really weird servos. Not a full metal gear train, only the output gear is metal (not the gear that fails). The build quality is all over the place, with the rotation stop being a hardened steel pin (expensive), but having a plastic gear train. I bought these with the intent of modifying for continuous rotation, and I succeeded, but the design of the potentiometer as the output shaft locator makes it quite difficult to do so.

This has become my daily driver iron/station. It's reliable, heats up quickly, and has a wide range of temperatures. Comes with some heavy tips and with the heat cranked, this can get through ground planes on PDBs/ESCs pretty reliably. Hot air gun is great, however the tips/barrels are a little finnicky. I don't like that the firmware runs a cooldown loop because it dumps hot air and you have to be careful where your station is placed (not near a wall).

Have become my go-to vtx. Power output is not as rated, and I don't like that it can't support 6S (though some say they have had success). The older version had a straight MMCX to SMA connector, and newer ones have a 90-degree MMCX to RP-SMA. I appreciate the 90 degree bit, but the switch to RP-SMA is frustrating.

Sweet little boosters, using them for 1S lipo stuff so I can run 5V devices on them. I'd like to put an oscilloscope on the output to see how noisy they are, but I usually throw on a capacitor anyways.

As usual, the adhesive on these leaves a lot to be desired. However, they're LEDs and they work. No dead segments yet.

These little things have outstanding audio quality for the price. I would love to see more information on the chip used, it definitely looks like there's a serial port that could be hacked into to change some of the settings, but it's hard to tell whether they're manufactured in (write-once registers) or if things like the name, the audio recording on boot etc can be modified. The numbers on my chip don't match that of the photo, and none of them really turn up much, so I'll have to try out sending it an "AT" and see what happens

A 30mm stack puts two of the standoffs through arm mounts. I'm not a fan of this as crashes can damage the stack, and vibrations may transmit more. It's a very light frame, and despite other reviews, I believe the arms are stiff enough for use. I like the antenna mount that's included, takes the load off of the vtx. Cut quality could use some improvement as holes are not all perfect fit and there are some weird edges. Mounting a large, long range battery may be tough, but I don't believe that's the intent of this frame

Works on dsmx with 2048, intuitive, easy to use, doesn't blow up on 5v, bind light is visible. No idea on longevity Antenna seems a little long for 2.4GHz, but that leaves a section to route out of a canopy (not how antennas work though).

Good, cheap source for custom kalimbas or as a replacement. Numbering scheme is a little weird until you figure it out. Looks like mahogany wood parts. Very low grade (I replaced these). Otherwise the parts are good quality, especially for the price.

Neat little straps. Awfully slippery but they are the lower end ones so that's expected. Metal D ring is nice.

Love these receivers. The connectors are nice but I wouldn't be against a direct solder version as well for quads that don't need all those connections. Range is great. They are very expensive receivers but that's the price to pay for long range.

Replacing an XM. Appreciate the diversity and definitely helped in some areas the XM struggled before. A bit pricey, but I would argue worth it.

Not a bad flight controller for the price. I prefer the matek style rubber standoffs to the m4 gummies, but they seem to work alright. ICM20608 picks up more vibration than an MPU6000 or similar, but that's to be expected

Love these props. Great slow cruisers but they can start to flatten out with enough power through them. That's rarely a practical issue and more of a "how fast can I hit the straosphere" issue.

The landing pads are a little strange, but I just didn't stick them on. Nice frame and has some good features. The edges on the carbon need breaking, they have some flashing/burr from the cutter. Not sure how I feel about the arm bolts going directly into the stack, I would prefer metal bolts or something, in a hard enough crash the impact may transfer load into the stack which is not desirable.

Data lines are just shorted, so it's basically useless for most modern phones. Fortunately LG phones don't need stupidly complex charging circuits, so this works great for them.
