OM0ET I am not a seller, but only registered FW is capable to work up to 2GHz. So I suppose yes, it should be registered version.

OM0ET Yes, after install an official (russian) firmware and buy a unlock code you will able to listen in a full frequency range and many useful additional features and settings will be available to use.

OM0ET No PC is needed at all. It's a stand alone device with an internal speaker and 2Ah battery.

OM0ET yes, there is an initial "Test version" firmware installed. After upgrade to an official FW you will get full range up to 2GHz and many additional features and useful settings.
