- The power supply looks nice and small, but it does not have the specified specification of the output voltage ripple. When the output voltage is 5V, the ripple is free of 240mV. With a load of 1A at the same output voltage of 5V, the ripple is already 2V! And the same output voltage and at a load of 2.5A the ripple is 2.96V !! Measured by my Rigol DS1102E calibrated oscilloscope. The recommendation not to charge this battery with a large current and to replace the capacitors on the output filter section inside the power supply and to add some high-quality tantalum.
