These rain boots are an excellent deal. Great value for the price. I like the coverage on the leg, the elastic strap that snaps at the top to keep moisture out and the fact that they have rubber soles on the bottom. Some rain boots do not have their own soles. The plastic is as thick as quality rain gear. I did order a size bigger to fit over boots.

Since I received these, it hasn't rained. So I tested them in the shower. I put them on added my rain pants and rain coat, and stood in the spray for five minutes.... They fit well enough over my sneakers (trainers) and were easy to put on and remove. After five minutes, I was completely dry because my rainpants covered the zippers on the boots. Not at all sure how long the soles will last when walking or cycling, or how they'll hold up to a cloudburst or a day-long drizzle. I think they'll be okay for walking in a light rain but don't be standing in puddles. Something to have on hand for emergencies.

Good for shoes, not boots at a size 12 American male. Still a decent product for the price. It will work for what I bought it for. Decent quality. I just wish they made a larger size.
