This is glorious! Because of the preamplifier it kicks out full power even when using weak signal sources like phones and portables. It will easily murder a pair of regular car stereo speakers, Beware, this is seriously loud and will really pump out the watts, even at 12v batterypower. I took out the potmeters and replaced them with a pair of rf-chokes, these digichipamps have a nasty habit of interfering with fm receivers connected to their input. They put out a lot of rf mess so extra filterchokes are in order. It's also wise to have an external potmeter instead of an internal one, that way you can always turn it down before powering the amp, it will save speakers. Powering this at full volume with a normal line signal present at the input will really get things shaking real fast. Better get some good speakers, bad ones won't last long with this brilliant amp, which sounds absolutely fabulous as well. Lots of bass power, good clear highs. Highly recommended for battery powered soundsystems, in cars and everywhere you need good loud sound fast.
