Over rated for its size with decent NOCT factor under temperature and well made. Measured at continues 150mA at short circuit , open circuit voltage 14V and rather close to 2W max. under real conditions. Suitable for Lithium chargers of 2-3 Li-Ion in series (max voltage 12,6V with current approximately 110mA ) and definitely not for 12V Pb batteries that require 18V open circuit voltage. In fact at this size 2W is the max. power you can get with all similar small panels of good quality.
