Using this was a weird experience on it own 😄 I bought this for my husband who has a hernia (between L3/4) and also 3 bones are damaged (almost lowest in his vertebrae) He tried it on.. but was experiencing more pain... not a little as information described it's normal, but more as it probably should be. So he's going to ask the doctor for some advice first 😉 It certainly does something... I tried it on too and was experiencing a strange light headed feeling as I released the air... my husband experienced the same. At first if you pump air... you won't feel a thing! So my advice first 1-3 pumps and then release the Air... so you can experience what it does to you... because after 8 pumps you still won't feel a thing... but it does already work!! So be careful.

There's a plastic-live smell. Need to air it out for awhile. Overall it's alright. When disconnecting the pump air can leak out fast when you do not pull it out fast as the valve is oddly implemented. Hope future revision uses quick disconnect connectors.
