This is a creamy consistency soldering flux with a light brown color and no appreciable odor. It seems to be smooth in texture, so far and well presented in a 100g tin, which makes it suitable around hot soldering equipment. I use the flux paste on connecting wires prior to solder-bath dipping to tin the bare ends of the wires. The flux paste adheres to the bare wires very well and prepares them for the eventual solder-tinning process, which sees the solder take to the wire effortlessly. Makes a tedious job much less of a problem when the resulting finish is so good and easy. Great value in many ways.

Пользовался пока немного, но уже нравится. Почти нет запаха. Процесс пайки контактов разъема на планшете прошел быстро. Сама банка имеет невзрачный вид и постоянно сваливающуюся крышку.

Avec cette graisse, on trempe la partie à étamer, et ensuite au contact du fer et de l'apport d'étain, comme par magie le flux de soudure grimpe et se faufile partout très rapidement. Vraiment un résultat épatant, c'est magique! Vu la quantité, il y en a pour vraiment très longtemps… Par contre le couvercle ne tient pas sur la boite, dommage.

Solder loves it. I have used it on 'island cutter pads' on a somewhat clean copper board. Works well and a good quantity for the price. Only bad point is the container lid may fall off so not so good for traveling or where a screwed down lid would be nice. I plan to move the contents to a small jar. Thinking of a mustard jar.

The lid is too large for the container but this is not critical. You get a lot of flux for the price and it's good stuff. It makes sweating larger wires and joints much easier as well as aiding good flow and stopping dry joints.

И когда я получил её, то она имела небольшие вмятины. Содержимое осталось внутри. При пайке никаких проблем не испытывал. Хорошо подготавливает место для будущей пайки. Очень удобно.
