Not too powerful though, 3 of these connected in parallel can change the 3.7V battery. Don't seem to be waterproof so you'll have to put them into a waterproof case. I made one myself.

Package arrived today, all are intact. In late afternoon they test at 7-7.2V when facing directly toward the sun, about 6.2V lying horizontal with the sun at a very low angle. For November at latitude 47 deg this is better than I expected. Can't wait to put these to work (charging batteries to power yard lighting and outdoor ESP modules).
