You should have some basically skills in assembling (there are no instructions). The batteries last from 2 - 3 weeks (if on 24/7). It works well. But, if you can not support the ticking an analogue clock, you should not place it in a sleeping room. Because, this is the rumble level that product.

Resch home in good condition without damage try it working it use 4 battery AA. working by magnetic. it is not steel as i think it is made of broken shiny materials
