very bright bulb, the light is really nice as well. Shipping time was good also very cheap too. You cant go wrong with this deal.

Just received 31 of these. I ordered several different types to see which would be the brightest and would replace standard 20W 12v halogen lights for my boat. I am happy to say they are almost if not equal bright! they draw a small amount of amperage (100ma) tested with my multimeter. So P=ExI, so 12v X 100ma = 1.2 watts...not too bad and I would rate them at a solid 100 lumen or more!! They get a little warmer than other LEDs such as the ones on this site (sku018706), however, these are twice as bright!! From a size comparison, they are only a couple of millimeters longer that the conventional halogen lights so I see no problem fitting them into boat light fixtures. Overall, good quality, they are sealed in silicone, so I am not sure how they will dissipate the heat and how long they will last. But first test is impressive as far as brightness (pure white) and power consumption!!! I am anxious to try them on my boat and see if they pass the real life brightness and longevity test!!
