Nice thing! It takes a more than 3 seconds to get fully warm (actually, around 30-40 seconds) but it is OK. I am using it to keep my small 1S LiPo batteries warm when flying outside in cold weather and it is OK for that purpose. I used it 5 times so far, so I can't say anything about longevity. But, so far so good. As a powerbank, also works fine.
