The HX711 "weighing scale" module is a lot of fun but don't be misled by the 24 bit accuracy claim. The ADC results do have 24 bits of precision, but accuracy is much less, something like 5%. The MCU interface is a bit strange and doesn't play well with other sensors. (It relies on bit-banging and you have to disable interrupts). There are several Auduino libraries that work, but I'd recommend using a separate MCU like an ATTINY85 to manage this device if your system needs multiple sensors. Having
