Very bad experience with Banggood. I received order no. 116805490 and want to return the item, but filing a return request is practically impossible. The return form on the website does not work properly, the request cannot be submitted, and the chat customer service responds only very slowly or not at all. I have already tried several times to contact support and explained the reason for the return. Still,to this day I have neither clear return instructions nor a return label. Buying an item is very easy, but returning it is unnecessarily complicated. I am very disappointed with the customer service.
