The tool is matching the description and the pictures except for 2 things: It's not lubricated and it clearly isn't new given all the scratches and on it. If your selling used stuff, just say it!

Could have been sharper, but for the price it does cut glass. Just need to use a correct amount of force otherwise it won't cut or crack.
