This is a very sharp pocket knife. There is no blade locking mechanism which is a concern. While doing some "whittling", the blade actually closed by itself at the end of the cut on my fingers. Not deeply, but this definitely should be used with caution. I'd give it higher stars if it wasn't for the blade not locking securely into place.

Arrived this morning, not as expected as the main body of the knife is pressed still and less solid than I thought. T he knife however is well made and it is easy to use in my potting shed.
